P.E. Labellers solutions for Cantina Fiorentino
Wine & Spirits sector

Everything starts from the land, and it is there that we return with the production of wines that tell the story of the territory and respect it. Based on this fundamental principle, Cantina Fiorentino has built its own creed—rooted in tradition, sustainability, and innovation—and shaped its entire production philosophy.
Cantina Fiorentino is located in Galatina (LE – Italy), in the heart of Salento, Puglia, nestled between the rocky landscapes of the Adriatic and the sandy shores of the Ionian Sea. Founded in 2014, the winery follows the most advanced principles of environmental sustainability, producing exclusively organic Salento wines—red, white, and rosé—made from native grape varieties.
Today, the winery spans 100 hectares and operates two production facilities, processing four different varieties of native grapes to create organic wines that captivate palates and markets worldwide.
Sustainability is embraced both in the vineyard and in the winery, with organic farming methods applied through precise viticultural techniques. The winery, renovated according to the most advanced energy-saving systems, is powered entirely by energy from renewable sources.
